Q. How do I place an order?

A. Send an e-mail listing the items and quantity's you require, including the delivery details, so we can work out shipping costs to...
We will return a conformation of your order, confirming the price including shipping and the availability of the items you have ordered, also stating anything we need like pictures or text quotes. Upon receiving the Order acceptance we will send you an e-mail with a link to pay for your items via pay-pal once payment has been confirmed we will then process your order and despatch it as quickly as possible.

Q. What format/size do I send my images to you in?

A. Please ensure that the image(s) you send us are of good quality. The better the image the better your final product. Computer generated images i.e.. Jpeg etc should ideally be 300dpi & can be emailed to us.Photos can be sent direct to us and will be returned with your product. Photos should be as light as possible and should be sent in a correct envelope to prevent it being bent in the post. Photos are always better if they are 6X4 minimum. Photos that are to be printed on placemats and mouse mats should be 10 X 8 or above to ensure maximum image quality. 6 X 4 photos can be used but are liable to lose some image quality. Images can be in gif, tiff, jpeg, bmp, eps, corel draw or adobe photoshop formats.

Q. What is Sublimation.  

A. Dye sublimation uses a unique and different way of printing to the traditional old ink jet system giving a fantastic finish that will not peel off in time or fade like inkjet printing can.

Dye Sublimation was first developed in 1957. The process involves fusing inks deeply into the fabric fibres using high temperatures and pressure, which gives it very vibrant colours which do not fade over time. Also, because the ink is actually fused to the fibres of the material it can be cleaned and washed easily.

Q. What if I require you to generate a logo and or carry out extra work on my image.  

A. If you require us to generate a logo etc, there will be a charge of approx 60 as a one off setup fee. There is no further charge for reprints. If you just require changes to your image, please contact us and we will quote you for Logo design and any changes required.

Q. Are there any setup charges?

A. We do not charge setup charges for our sublimation printing or standard prints.

DC-Graphic Designs reserve the right to display your product on our website as a sample for other customers to view.

Q. What are your normal turnaround times?

A. Smaller orders (under 50) are normally turned around inside 4 working days. This is subject to stock availability, if its a normal print or we have to do work on the design, and finally time of the year. We are obviously busy in holiday times and this can delay your order outside of the normal period.

Q. how are your orders sent?

A. Single/personal/small orders are sent via recorded delivery/special delivery. Larger orders are sent via Parcel Force or courier. This means you will have to be present when your goods arrive.

Q. Do you stock everything that you list on your site?

A. We hold stock of the more popular items, and a range of colours in vinyl. To keep our costs low we order other items upon demand, keeping our cost down enabling us to keep prices down.

Q. Do you supply samples?

A. Yes we can provide samples, but due to the amount of requests we get for samples, we do have to charge a 5 fee which is refunded if you order the final product. This covers postage and some of the trade cost of the product.

Q. Do you have a returns policy?

A. Yes we do see our Terms & Conditions.

Q. What are Vinyl pictures and stickers?

A. Vinyl pictures and Stickers are images machine cut out of vinyl as in the examples in the gallery. Images that look good in silhouette reproduce well as vinyl pictures and we can also reproduce 2 colour images as long as the colours don't blend. we are currently investing in equipment to print on to vinyl to produce bumper stickers and the like.
